Applications are invited on the prescribed format by the DOEACC Society, Chandigarh Centre, Branch Office, Shimla, for filling-up the following vacant posts of System Assistants :

System Assistants in High Court of Himachal Pradesh and in the District Courts at Bilaspur, Chamba, Hamirpur, Dharmshala, Kullu, Mandi, Nahan, Rampur,Shimla, Solan and Una, Pay Rs.6800/- per month consolidated

How to Apply : Application in the prescribed format duly filled-in in all respect ,accompanied by the attested copies of certificates and a bank draft for Rs 350/- drawn in favour of Director, DOEACC Society, Chandigarh Centre, Branch Office Shimla, payable at Shimla being registration fee which should reach this DOEACC Shimla office

General Instructions:
1 Filled-in Examination Application Forms are received by hand or through Post only at the Office of the DOEACC Society at Electronics Niketan, 6, CGO Complex, New Delhi – 110 003. DOEACC shall not be responsible for any Postal Delays. Examination Applications Forms received after the prescribed cut-off dates shall be summarily rejected and no correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.
2 Taking into account the postal transit time, including any postal delays, Accredited Institutes, in their own interest, may decide suitable cut-off dates for form submission, in respect of their students undergoing training at their Institute, so as to ensure that the examination forms of their students are collected and forwarded to DOEACC, Delhi well within the prescribed cut-off date.
3 Similarly, students submitting their Examination Application Form through Accredited Institutes should make sure that their Examination Forms are posted in time, by the concerned Accredited Institute, so that the same reaches DOEACC at Delhi within the stipulated cut-off date, notwithstanding any postal delays that may occur in the process.

A unique feature of the curriculum, is horizontal entry to students from non-accredited institutes, so a student with a certain minimum level of computer knowledge need not start at the foundation ‘O’ level. To be the leader in the development of industry oriented quality education and training and be the country’s premier Institution for examination and certification in the field of Information, Electronics and Communications Technology (IECT).To be the single source for quality assurance in computer education among the nation’s non-formal institutes, After turning out competent IT professionals in large numbers, the DOEACC Society reach is now being extended to all regions of the country as well as overseas. DOEACC Society is implementing a joint scheme of All India Council for Technical Education and Department of Information Technology (formerly Department of Electronics (DOE)), Government of India. The objective of the Scheme is to develop quality manpower in IT by utilizing the expertise available with the computer training institutes who are granted accreditation for conducting specified Levels of courses, subject to their meeting well-defined norms and criteria. Bio-Informatics Courses are being launched at two levels designated as BI-O and BI-A levels. The courses have been designed to give impetus to students to be a member of a core team involved in the bio-informatics programming task. The students after qualifying these levels would be able to find the opportunities in the area of Bio-informatics in Drugs, Pharmaceuticals, Bio-fertilizers, Agriculture and energy sectors. DIT realized the need to refocus and merge some of the like-minded Societies. The primary objective being to help them develop a common vision, realign their activities so as to complement each other and bring together all the capabilities under one umbrella. As per the decision of Govt. of India vide its Office Memorandum (OM) dated 29.11.2002 and subsequent OM dated 08.01.2003 erstwhile CEDTI (Centre for Electronics Design & Technology of India) Centres (except Mohali Centre) and Regional Computer Centres(RCCs) Kolkata and Chandigarh have been merged with DOEACC Society w.e.f. 14.12.2002. Accordingly, the erstwhile CEDTI Centres (except Mohali Centre) and RCCs have been renamed as DOEACC Centres. This has helped to harmonize the activities being pursued by these individual Societies and unleash their combined potential. The integration will further help in securing organizational synergy, optimum utilization of resources and societal relevance in the context of need for economic value addition and social dynamics.
